1. Using the tool

The hook maker is free for personal and commercial use. You may use the hooks, captions and hashtags it generates in your own content without crediting us. Please don't try to disrupt the Site, copy it in bulk, or use automated tools to overload it.

2. No guaranteed results

Our tool and guides share general ideas that often help creators. Results on social media depend on many things we don't control, so we can't promise any number of views, followers or sales.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you post. Review generated text before you use it, make sure your claims are true, and follow the rules of each platform you post on.

4. Digital products

The Creator Hook Pack is sold and delivered through Gumroad. When you buy it, you get a personal licence to use it for your own content. You may not resell, share or redistribute the file. Refunds are handled according to the policy shown on the product page at the time of purchase; if something is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll help.

5. Our content

The Site's design, text, guides and code belong to HookKit. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with a link back. Please don't republish whole articles.

6. Ads and links

The Site shows ads and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, HookKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
