Posting often helps you grow: more videos mean more chances for one to take off, and you learn faster what your audience likes. But trying to come up with a brand-new idea every single morning is exhausting. The fix is a system, not more willpower.

Give each day a job

Instead of asking "what should I post today?", give each day of the week a content type. Your brain only has to fill in the blank.

DayContent type
MondayHow-to: teach one simple thing
TuesdayMistake: show a common mistake and the fix
WednesdayStory: your journey or a client's win
ThursdayList: 3–5 quick tips
FridayHot take: an opinion people will discuss
SaturdayProof: results, before/after, screenshots
SundayRelatable: light, funny, shareable

After a few weeks, check which days perform best and do more of that type.

Batch your work

Switching between thinking, filming and editing every day wastes energy. Group the same tasks together:

Keep an idea bank

Ideas come at random times. Keep one note on your phone where you write down every question your audience asks, every comment that surprised you, and every video in your niche that made you think "I could do that better." When you sit down to plan, you'll never start from zero.

Comments are the best source of all. Every question in your comments is a video your audience is already asking for.

Reuse what works

When a video performs well, don't move on — make more of it. Film part 2, try the same idea with a new hook, or turn the best comment into a reply video. Repeating a format that works is smart, not lazy.

Protect your energy

Your 30-day starting plan

Follow the weekly rhythm above for four weeks. Each week, write seven hooks in one sitting, film in one or two sessions, and schedule ahead. At the end of the month, look at your top three videos and plan next month around those formats.

Consistency comes from making posting easy, not from forcing yourself. Build the system once, and it carries you.
